1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Accurate Giant Co-operative For Development Society Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

AG Co-Operative Credit Union provides customers with access to a rich collection of resources, including various financial products like Current Accounts, Savings, Loans, and Investment options.

3. Customer Obligations

As a customer or user of our digital platforms, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration form.
Maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password (applicable to the Webmail and any future customer portal).

4. Operational Policies

Our operations are guided by policies developed by the Board of Directors as enshrined in Section 54 of the Co-Operative Model Bye-Laws. These policies cover services such as savings, shares, loans, and investments, intended to make the service business-like where shareholding customers exercise the highest powers.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
